I had a 5-star experience at Austens Body Shop. From my initial call to my service completion was top notch. I came in for a free estimate and was happily greeted. One of the owners came out right away and walked me through everything. He even gave me my official quote while I was standing right there. They offered a fair price to repaint my entire hood on my expedition. I was then offered an appointment only a week out. I took my car in early Monday morning and I received a call by 1pm the next day letting me know when to expect my car (3pm), to help me plan my day. When I showed up, the fresh paint job was PERFECT and my whole car was washed. They pulled it up right in front and had an easy check out procedure.
