I had some minor damage done to my 2012 Fiat, and Caliber Collision outright told me that they couldn't work on my car because it was too old and the parts were discontinued. Thus, Caliber Collision wouldn’t work on my car. But they could still send my car insurance an estimate after looking at my car for 2 minutes. My insurance company referred me to Austin Body Works, Inc. Ryan, the owner, assisted me right away without an appointment. He took my car in, examined the damage, did some research, found that parts were in stock, and was able to give me a quote within 30 minutes. He explained the process to me and told me my car would be ready in 3 days once the quote was approved by the insurance company. The quote was approved. I dropped my car off at Austin Body Works, Inc. I spent time with Ryan's sister, the receptionist, and she even called Enterprise to come pick me up. Every day, I would get notifications about my car through an automated system. On the third day, the receptionist called to let me know that my car was available for pick up. I wasn't able to pick up my car and called after office hours. A nice man on the phone picked up and let me know that I could still come in the next day to pick up my car. Ryan and his team made the car repair process easy, and everyone was very nice. If something were to happen to my car again, I would go back. They did a wonderful job.
