I've been to a few body shops throughout my life and I've never had a better customer experience than Austin Body Works... We had issues in the past with quality of the paint work, the condition of the truck when we got it back. At the last shop they had thrown parts in the back of the SUV while working on it and scratched things up. Paint job was flawed and it looked like they pushed it out into the rain before it was done drying, air pockets, and visible tape marks. It looked like they were overbooking themselves, super rushed, and the quality of work suffered as a result..... Not the experience I had with Austin Body works!! Chris and Carey are top notch professionals. The assessment of work was done lightning fast, and the estimate results was right in line with what was identified. I received consistent, clear updates. The body work was perfectly clean, flush, and better than I have seen at any shop. The paint job was beautiful like it's right off the show floor, matched perfectly. No air pockets, spotting, tape marks, nothing. Absolutely perfect. Also, I got my vehicle back cleaner than I left it. They take pride in what they do, and You can tell. That makes all the difference. If you have a nice car that You really care about, it's your baby. This is the place. It's perfect! Thank You Austin Body Works!!
