When I walked the car with Chris he said he would change my oil and fix up this little bump on the side. I guess after I had to escalate getting my wheel added and my insurance agreed with me he decided to just do the bare minimum and be petty since I was willing to stop the work being done to my car if my wheel was not checked. Which was a legitimate concern.

I wish my experience here would've been much better. I took my car here because the Austin Shop had amazing reviews but their wait time was too long so I decided to bring here. I will admit they did a really good job and I really wish Carey would've handled my car estimate because she was on top of it and had great customer service. With Chris I had to escalate adding my wheel to the estimate. My fender had clearly taken a lot of damage and when the estimate was done the wheel was not added and I could not understand why you would not add the wheel when the fender had taken that damage. When I brought it up to Chris he was dismissive and was insulted when I said I would not have taken my car there if I knew they were not going to check the wheel. He told me to call my insurance, so I did and they agreed with me. When I originally brought the issue up to Carey when I first walked my car with her she understood and she even tried to tell Chris that she had already walked the car with me but he ignored her. I guess Chris thought he knew better. I felt dismissed and belittled. The only reason I am even giving a 6 is because of Cary. She's amazing and helpful.

Everything went AMAZINGLY well from start to finish at Austin Body Works Kyle. The staff is friendly and BEYOND professional. Completely blown away by how great my Subaru looks after they worked their magic, and i can’t believe how easy Chris and the front desk staff made everything for me. I forget her name and feel terrible for forgetting but the woman who works alongside Chris went above and beyond as well. It was almost too easy to get this repair done. I cant thank them enough, you guys completely killed it!! I will always recommend you to people and return if i ever need any work down, no questions.

The staff and the work performed ended up far surpassing our expectations, especially at this difficult time for any repair service. They were informative and surprisingly quick in getting our car competently repaired and back to us. While they are very busy & are booking out pretty far, service is quality with quick turn around time. Chris was very informative & kept me updated throughout the process. Staff was friendly & they did a great job with the body work on my car! Very happy with the result!
