The google reviews DO NOT LIE!!! This is by far the very BEST body shop in Austin. The customer service was definitely chefs kiss. Everyone was so nice and understanding. It literally only took them two weeks to complete my car. They sent me daily/weekly updates and always called me if there was anything important I needed to know ahead of time. My car looks brand new like I didn’t even get in a wreck! I’m overly satisfied and seriously wouldn’t take my car anywhere else.

I was totally satisfied with the service. They completed the repair prior to the expected date and seemed to do a fantastic job. Very courteous staff and consistent notification of progress throughout the repair. I would highly recommend them and use them again in the future.

Exceptional customer service, from the very first phone call to inquire about scheduling an estimate to getting my Nissan back in three days. Austin Body Works Kyle is perfect. Especially after dealing with the other guy's insurance, who never returned a phone call or never replied to an email. I was left thinking It would be months before I would get my car fixed. But I called Austin Body Works Kyle and they were able to get my car in the following week and get my car back to me in THREE DAYS. Awesome body shop! I hope I don't have to take a car in for body work anytime soon, but if I do Austin Body Works Kyle is the first place I'm calling.
