Austin body works in Kyle did an amazing job! They clearly pay attention to detail and do high quality work. In addition to great work on the car, I also found that it was very easy to communicate with them. I liked the system they use to provide frequent updates on the progress of repairs. Also, Carrie was very helpful when someone from my insurance company made a mistake that needed to be straightened out quickly. Overall I was very pleased with my experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family.

The car seems to be in great shape! Chris was phenomenal. I was so appreciative he gave me a ride home the first day. The only small opportunity was that it went from an expectation of a week to 2 and half weeks. The communication was great during these times. I appreciate your teams hard work.
