I’m more than just satisfied. I think Austin BodyWorks went way above in fixing my car. They had to call all over the US to get parts for my car, but they understood what my old car meant to me, and I didn’t want to total it. They got parts from all over and fixed it good as new. It’s a 2007, they’ve quit making parts for my car. But they didn’t give up on it. I’m so grateful and blessed to have chosen them to fix it. Plus they, especially Ryan and his sister, were so very sweet and respectful to me. Great Customer service and great work.

I brought my Lexus in after it was hit by a deer, and from the very first phone call, Carey and Ryan were incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. They kept me updated throughout the entire repair process with regular email updates (which I really appreciated), and everything ran like clockwork. Not only are they super organized, but they also got my car back to me in record time—and the body work is flawless! My Lexus looks brand new again. It’s rare to find a business that runs this smoothly and treats their customers so well. Carey and Ryan truly set the bar high, and it was honestly refreshing to experience such great service from start to finish. We could not be happier with the customer service and the attention to detail. Our car looks brand new! No one plans for a body shop but if you find yourself in the situation of needing a body shop, Austin Body Works in Kyle is the place to go. We experienced extensive damage to our car and picked Austin Body Works in Kyle after doing a thorough search on Google. Ryan and Carrie were a dream to work with and kept us informed every step of the way. They answered all of our questions. Addressed all of our concerns. Austin Body Works was truly a lifesaver! My Bronco got hit in a major hailstorm, and even though they were swamped with repairs, they got mine done incredibly fast — and it looks absolutely perfect. I went through my insurance and the whole process was seamless. They even helped me with my rental car, which took so much stress off my plate. But what really stood out was how genuinely sweet and kind everyone was. Some of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with — patient, caring, and just so easy to talk to. I couldn’t be more grateful and I’ll recommend them to everyone I know!
