Excellent quality work and honest helpful management. I think the delay in finishing my car was due to supply chain and labor shortages. Nothing is 'normal' now. The offer of the loaner car made a HUGE difference to me.

They need to repair the vehicle 100% completely and perfectly before returning to the customer.

The front right corner hood (passenger’s side) didn’t fix perfectly. The fog light bulb on the left (Driver’s side) was missing as the fog light bulb wire was broken when the front bumper was pulled down out. They couldn’t fix it and I had to bought a new fog light bulb and installed it myself.

With the way things are going right now, they did an awesome job keeping me in the loop of what is going on. I apologize if I was irritated with how long it was taking, I didn't know how short staffed, delays on parts, and the insurance company's issues. Thank you for looking out for me! Instead of repairing the doors on my new car, you had them replaced 😀😀😀
