Never would I bring anything else to you guys, you are supposed to be on my side.I feel as if you let the insurance company just walk all over you. How come my vehicle does not look like it did before the accident?? I should have just left it again , but was tired of putting air in the two leaky tires on the vehicle you gave to me as a loaner.

Went to pick up my vehicle the first time , and there was still damage on the drivers side . Now went to get it the second time and the back headlight still has a scuff on it.(The cover should have been replaced.)

My vehicle should look exactly like it did before being hit by a snow plow, now I guess I just have to live with the marked tail light cover. Really unclear as to why it was not replaced, if the marks did not buff out.
