They were very nice but told me they would have the car 5 days. Was 14. I always had to call them they never contacted me. Up to the last minute was never sure when I was going to get my car back. Work seems to be done ok.

Multiple very easy to catch mistakes, the combination of which made me uneasy about the repair. Maybe standardize some form of quality control.

Get a 3 because you corrected everything that shouldn't have reached me. Usually shouldn't take weeks to realize that you are messing up the repair and customer interaction.
