Auto 360 made the experience as easy as possible. They also helped arrange transportation of to and from rental car facilities. Work was more than satisfactory and completed on time.

Estimated completion date was inaccurate. a job that I thought would take 2 days ended up taking 7 days. Staff was very friendly and communicated the issues well. However, it was frustrating to receive an incorrect estimate, and to adjust plans every few days because of the deadline being pushed back.

The customer service was great at Auto 360. They were attentive and communicative, and were heavily apologetic for the timing hiccups. They deducted a cost from their side to right the mistake.
