Friendly, professional service. Nice, neat, organized garage both the exterior of the building and the interior of the building are very welcoming and there is also a pleasant waiting area with free beverages. Repair job was expertly done! Thank you!

Best experience from dayv1seeing to it that needed parts were ordered and available the day i brought the car for repair. The team Julio, Emmanuel were very helpful and responsive to my inquiries. They and rest of the staff are friendly. Best of all my car was home as promised by the Mgr, Julio. So grateful.

Julio was warm, friendly, and patient with all of my questions. Without knowing anything about cars, the repair from the outside looks outstanding.

As I mentioned in the answer to the previous question, Julio was outstanding, but I did have some difficulty with whomever was staffing the phones. I left a voicemail twice leading up to the repairs and I didn't get a call back for either of them so I just called l the office again until I got a person. Once I got a person, the woman who answered said that she would call me when the bumper came in, but again I never received a call back. When I called back five days later she said she had been trying to reach me and that she called me four times. But there were no calls from Auto 360 in missed calls and there were no voicemails. She additionally said that the repair would be quick and it could be done the same day or two days at the most so I dropped off the car on Wednesday early morning thinking I could get the car back by Thursday night for an event I had to attend for work. I made it clear to her that I needed the car on Thursday and if she thought it would take longer, I could drop it off after Thursday. She said the shop would call me on Wednesday when the car was ready, but again there was no call so I called the shop around 4pm on Wednesday. The man who answered was clearly annoyed, basically telling me that I was unreasonable for thinking a new bumper could be installed in a day. The only reason I had that expectation was because the woman on the phone told me it could happen. The car ended up being done in three days which was great. I got call from a guy, but I was worried that no one would call me again since no one had called me from the shop in the past. I've heard Gen Z doesn't know to use a phone or has anxiety about talking on the phone. I would urge you to give detailed training to whomever is staffing your phones to retrieve voicemails, call back customers, and leave messages. Also it would be useful if she had given me accurate information on how long the repair would actually take since one day is clearly not correct.
