The shop’s repair scheduling needs improvement because the repair was delayed twice. They should proactively inform customers about any delays, not just when I reached out for a check-in. Additionally, the repair quality was unsatisfactory. There were two dents that remained or were created on the repaired area.

I never get an estimate of the repair, I am not agree that you use a second hand parts and scratched to use in my car like the rear door you used.

The text messages were appreciated updating timing of the finished work. But in the end, they were wrong in when the car would be ready. (Only by a day, but still).

I picked up the car from San Mateo center and the headlight was not working. I had to then spend time and effort to drive to Daly city to fix it. This was after waiting for the car for 2 weeks. Not a good experience.
