The promise to pay for extra rental days and not doing it was disappointing

I talked to jay and he promised my on the phone that 6 days of extra loaner car rental which was beyond 30 days will be paid by the auto shop to enterprise . After so many calls he did not pay and I got charged around $204 for car rental . This repair could be done within 30 days or less but he delayed it more and now I have an extra bill .
