The guys at 360 are so nice and the work on my suv looks like nothing happened. It looks better than when I bought it from the dealer. The guy at the desk J has the eye for how it’s supposed to look. He is so nice and explained everything that was going to be performed. I will recommend 360 to all friends and family. The work was completed in a timely manner and I will return for more thanks so much. VERY SATISFIED

The guys at 360 made my suv look better then when I got it from the dealer. I will come back for my other cars and recommend to friends and family. The head guy J made it so easy and explained to me everything they were going to perform. The work is excellent thank you so much I will come back. I may get a tattoo that says auto 360 on my neck. Have a wonderful day.

The finished product was good, Unfortunately there was zero communication on their part. I had to call them for any updates.

Much of the work was excellent. The car looks great. However (a) a “Headlamp Problem” warning is on the dashboard info screen; (b) I have to return for trim work; (c) a part from a Honda was in the back seat.

Much of the auto body work is satisfactory. However, (a) the chrome trim on the front-passenger door is missing; (b) the side trim for the body is in my car's back (not applied); (c) I've pulled out a rag and some hairy dirt from the front-passenger wheel housing; (d) it's been over a month since I took my car to Auto 360 for them to work on.

When I had time to look at my car again, it seems like some black paint mist was sprayed on lower part of damaged point. Otherwise the repair is fine.
