It wasn’t bad, repair itself was done really well. What can be improved is communication, especially with all the delays. At first I received a text on Tuesday that my car will be ready on time as planned on Wednesday. However I didn’t receive a final confirmation on Wednesday, and once I called them, their branch was closed. No one bothered to notify me about delay. I had to call them myself on Thursday to hear that bumper was not delivered yet, and earliest possible finish time is Friday evening… which ended up Saturday morning… so it was a mess of delays and I had to pull info out of them
