The body work turned out great but I needed a new battery after I picked it up and the wiring to my radio needed fixed. They picked it up and fixed the camera part, but the voice over/mic does not work. Iāve gone ahead and let the radio place I previously purchased and had it installed with fix it back to normal.

Here is the Google review that I left you all online~ We just got my sonās vehicle back from Auto Appearance Group after having several repairs completed, and I could not be happier with the experience! They repaired and repainted the front bumper, replaced the front tow hook, and took care of an issue with the radiator fan. The vehicle was there for a little over a week, but it was absolutely worth the wait. They went above and beyond what we expected. When we picked it up, they had buffed and waxed the entire exterior and detailed the inside as well. We honestly had no idea there was so much sparkle in the paint until they were finished with it! š It looks fantastic. The repairs look great, everything is working properly, and they returned the vehicle looking better than when we brought it in. To top it all off, we didnāt have any out-of-pocket expense for the repairs as it was the other drivers fault. I really appreciate a business that takes pride in their work and does a little extra simply because they care about the finished product. Thank you to everyone at Auto Appearance Group for taking such good care of my sonās vehicle. We are very happy customers and would absolutely recommend them! ā¤ļø And look at the sparkle we apparently owned this whole time! āØ

They are Fast,Fair and Friendly. They completed the repair way faster than I expected. The work was perfect after checking all seams, paint match and factory parts list. Our car was returned totally detailed and looked better than when we took delivery from the dealership. They are so far above any local competitor.

Matt at Auto Appearance went above and beyond to take care of of my minor fender bender including working with my insurance company to use oem parts instead of the salvage parts that the insurance company approved as well as providing a free loaner car while the repairs were being made. It was a painless process, highly recommend.
