Customer service is beyond at this place!! After getting rear ended and waiting months for the other persons insurance to approve the claim. Auto Appearance was able to get my parts order in no time. They also fixed my car and had it looking like nothing happen in a day!! Even though they had never worked on my kind of car before. I had gone to other body shops for estimates and they had all told me it would take at least 6 months or longer to get my car fixed. They handle everything with the insurance and even took care of returning my rental for me. I would recommend them to anyone
