Auto Appearance Group went above and beyond. They were very professional, very helpful, and continued to keep us updated on our vehicle. I hope to not have to have repairs done again but if I had to, this would be the first place I called. Matt was excellent and truly takes pride in his work. The vehicle was also serviced quickly which is saying a lot due to the holiday season. All around exceptional service.

AMAZING customer service! They picked up my vehicle and took it back to their shop to get an estimate of repairs needed. Once repairs were fully complete, they brought my car back to me and even returned the rental car to HERTZ.
