I'm a little disappointed in the receptionist customer service. I was basically accused of dining and dashing so to speak. They forgot to charge me for something, which wasn't a big deal it could have been more politely remedied. But instead I get a phone call insinuating that somehow it was my responsibility to tell them how much to charge me and the fact that they didn't charge me is my fault.
