Heres my honest opinion. I must say that I was a little disapointed because I had specifically asked for a list of the work to be done, before it was started. But that was never given to me untill after the truck was completed. That bothered me some, and made me nervous, especially not having delt with this shop before. However... when I picked up my truck, it looked like pretty decent work was done to it. But I wish they wouldn't have recycled bolts and screws on brand new parts they installed just to cut a few bucks off, but thats minor. This is my every day truck, I use it a lot for everything from construction work to Rescue work, and the truck was definitely dirty when I gave it to them. I do take good care of my things, you just wouldnt know looking at my floor mats, lol. So when I went to pick the truck up, it was washed, shined up, and the interior was vacuumed out, and even the mats were cleaned and wiped down, that was a bit of a relief. It showed me there was care taken. And I appreciate that. A company who treats my things as if it were their own is big in my book. But the comunication and work done is definitely first. Unfortunately I work 70hrs a week and have had no time to go through the trucks new changes in the day light, so my trust is in Auto-B-Craft in that they did it right. All in all I'm happy, and as of now I would definitely bring return buisness if I needed to. Thank you guys for looking after my truck. I apreciate the work you did.
