Communications were excellent with each and all, including staff and mechanics. And, updates on the progress with photos of my car as work was being done were very helpful. As anyone who has experienced the stress of having their automobile badly damaged in situations they didn't cause and in fact, not familiar with the correct procedures following such as giving a voice report to the responsible party's insurance company from Auto-B-Craft's office, helped to remove much of the anticipated stress. The morning I went to get my car, all paperwork was totally prepared for my signature, the final "once over" with the very patient and knowledgeable mechanic allowed me to leave knowing I had chosen the very best company and if and when it becomes necessary, I would not hesitate to call them again and...I would not hesitate to recommend Auto-B-Craft to anyone needing a referral.
