Auto B was outstanding! We will highly recommend this company to anyone that needs auto body repair. The repair work was perfect plus the detailing of the vehicle inside and out was above and beyond any expectations. It was like we had a brand new car! To top things off, customer service was wonderful. Dave as well as the entire staff was always pleasant, professional and extremely helpful. Everyone that I encountered treated me like I wax the most important customer that they had to tend to. In addition to the excellent treatment I received, my car was repaired back to new and to top it off, they cleaned it inside and out! The whole experience was excellent; from the beginning estimate by Dave F.to the employee who blew the dust off our car on Monday morning (he wanted perfection, we were impressed). The car was to be completed in 3 days. A "small" dent was found @ $440.00! SEVEN days later car returned...had to ask for the supplement, then had to ask for the breakdown of the supplement. I don't know how many e-mails sent, changing the date of completion! I would have rented a bigger car had I known it would have taken so long and over the weekend. My weekend plans were canceled because of this debacle. I'm not sure a human voice ever thanked me for my business or apologized for my inconvenience. You asked! It'll be interesting, if there is a follow up on this...maybe another e-mail!!!?
