We provide a service that is not only great for the customer, but great for their vehicle as well. Our team only consists of certified technicians with the newest equipment available. If we cannot safely repair a vehicle that we would put our own kids in, we do not expect you to put your loved ones in that vehicle either. Great repairs and great service, a combination that is rare to find these days.

Fitment is good. The paint is just okay. The silver color is not consistent. Kind of splotchy, for the lack of a better word.

Communication was rough at first. When I went in for an estimate, I was told by Jake to bring in my car on September 12th for the auto body repairs. He even wrote on my estimate paperwork the date of September 12th and the hours they were open. I went to Auto Body Concepts on September 12th at 8:00 A.M. & Jake said that my repairs is scheduled for September 19th. I said that was incorrect & showed him my paperwork. I was upset that no one from ABC called me to say my repair date had changed to September 19th. It ended up that I left my car there on September 12th. Repairs didn't start until September 19th. My insurance had to pay an extra week of Rental Car expenses due to the changing of the repair dates. I was skeptical from that point on. With all that said, Auto Body Concepts restored my faith in them by the outstanding job they did on my Auto body repairs!
