B Street Collision Center was founded by Bob and Norma Wiese in 1978 as “B Street Auto Body”. Our vision has always been to become the “Premier Post-Collision Solutions Provider”. Bob knew that in order to achieve this vision, he needed to provide the best repairs around, and somehow ease the stress of being in an accident. After that, he went about designing an unparalleled 3-part strategy: Estimators are taught to give exceptional customer service and to educate, not sell, the customer. Technicians are trained to meet high-standards for quality repairs. Each shop is given state-of-the-art equipment from industry leaders, which are consistently updated and upgraded. After receiving my vehicle back from repairs there were still some concerns with the cab shaking, and oil leaking. I brought it back to have them look it over and they recommended i rotate my tires to solve my concern, and that there was no leaks. Upon rotating the tires myself I noticed a crucial part missing that my vehicle needs for the tires and wheels, and that there was a bunch of oil underneath my vehicle. I am not satisfied at all as I have had to call the store back multiple times
