I am not an Omaha native, so “shopping” for a new mechanic, hairdresser, dentist and everything in between can be overwhelming. I have unfortunately had my car serviced by Dingman’s 4 times since May for a variety of unplanned circumstances. Every time, the service has been top notch, thorough, detailed and the turnaround time has been great. I have felt confident in the quality of service and will continue to have my car serviced at Dingman’s. I will also be glad to refer others to Dingman’s.

I again, will reiterate my comments from the previous question. Derek at your Saddle Creek location and the manager a your 120th/Maple location have been the best to work with. Both were patient and thorough with my questions (for two different repairs). This week, I had something come up and needed to get things resolved before leaving on vacation on Saturday (including a 6 hour drive). I am also a single mom, and started a new job. Derek provided the best customer service from explaining what the issues could be, to providing clear timelines on different scenarios and honestly, just a calm, steady reassurance to what felt like a really stressful moment in time situation. He also had my car back to me the next day.

I was kept informed of the progress and was very pleased with the completed repairs. They even buffed out some scratches that were not part of the damage and did not charge me. Everyone at the shop is professional and cares about their customers.
