This collision center is way above the bar! They completely display knowledgeable customer service from beginning to end and extend top notch customer courtesy! We had worked with Brent in the past and therefore knew this was whom we were requesting again. Another vehicle had recently hit us in a parking lot and we were not happy, once we received the insurance claim number, B-Street handled the rest, worries gone! Our car was beautifully repaired and completed timely. We were informed constantly by phone call or text of the daily progress. From Brent, to Kevin, Amy & Sara and EVERYONE else at B-Street….. you are in totally good hands. They make a difficult situation easy. B-Street is a 5 Star collision center that Omaha is tremendously lucky to have. (If using a point system, they are without doubt a 10.) —-Katie Shiffermiller
