Spencer was very personable, professional, courteous, and patient employee He was in a very difficult and apparently unique position dealing with the insurance adjuster for my claim This adjuster left the position abruptly and no one officially notified Spencer. They just kept stalling him leaving him to deal with me. Spencer was upfront with me and kept me informed of all his attempts to find out what the hold up was. He maintained a professional manner. Kudos to B Street Collision for hiring Spencer!
