If we cannot safely repair a vehicle that we would put our own kids in, we do not expect you to put your loved ones in that vehicle either. Everyone was lovely! I was able to come in, be evaluated, provided with an estimate, and schedule an appointment all in the same day. When the parts needed were back ordered, I was notified and told of what my next steps would be. About a month later, after all had arrived, I was contacted and able to find a day that best worked for my schedule for service. Zack was professional and polite in driving me home, after drop off. The next day, I was able to pick my car up without any hitches, as Mike had communicated with me. All in all, start to finish, I was highly satisfied with the professionalism, personality, and service. Prayerfully I won’t need any more service, because who wants auto problems? but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Thank you for such great service throughout!
