If we cannot safely repair a vehicle that we would put our own kids in, we do not expect you to put your loved ones in that vehicle either. To date I am totally satisfied with Auto Body Concepts. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly when we took our car in for an estimate. Our car was scheduled to be fixed about 10 days after the estimate. Auto Body Concepts handled everything with our insurance company and arranged for a rental car. And our car was ready to be picked up sooner than we expected. The car looks brand new and was clean outside and inside. They were highly recommended to us by our insurance agent; and I would not hesitate to recommend Auto Body Concepts to others.

We were not kept up to date on issues. I had to deal with Geico. I do believe that most of the issue lay with Geico, however the repair shop should have kept pushing more to get responses and answers.
