We provide a service that is not only great for the customer, but great for their vehicle as well. Our team only consists of certified technicians with the newest equipment available. If we cannot safely repair a vehicle that we would put our own kids in, we do not expect you to put your loved ones in that vehicle either. Mike and his crew did a great job communicating the progress of my vehicle. We did have a part on backorder so it took a few extra days to arrive, but they were able to get my car put back together so we were not without a car while we waited for the part. When the part came in we were notified and able to set up a time to go in and have the parts swapped out. I would highly recommend them for any service work you need completed.

From the initial inspection to the delivery, working with Auto Body Concepts was amazing. The care they showed for me as a customer with detailed updates and great communication was very helpful through the process. Once the vehicle was delivered, I was blown away at the quality and detail of the repair. Every time I have had my car fixed at Auto Body Concepts, it’s been returned to me immaculately cleaned. Not this time, nothing had been done. The worker I picked it up from world not answer my question about why that wasn’t done. He just ignored me. Mike smith then explained there was a worker shortage but that’s still not acceptable as that is supposed to be part of the process

They did a great job of keeping me informed with what was happening with insurance. They kept me posted on completion date. When it was finished I felt like it was a new car because it was detailed and looked brand new!

I would absolutely recommend this shop to any family or friend. The repair was complete on time and looked great. Many shops take much longer than originally said and that can cause difficulty with ride arrangements being needed longer than expected. I was thrilled that it was completed on time.
