Our shop is located on State HWY 305 at the intersection on Totten Road, about halfway between Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island, servicing Central and North Kitsap County. It is in the North Kitsap Business Park, an attractive new complex with an easy to find convenient location. Auto Body Experts occupies 12,000 square feet. Our customers are greeted with a large, clean, tastefully decorated reception and waiting area. All customer vehicles are stored inside our alarm-protected building. Kitsap Transit stops at our corner, and we offer free shuttle service to our customers as well. We believe in treating all our customers with a courtesy and kindness. Our staff performs in a professional, timely and efficient manner, to encourage an overall favorable body shop experience. We have direct-repair relationships with several major insurers to expedite claims handling & streamline the repair process.

Some attention to detail needs improvement, e. g. , the Chevrolet emblem was not replaced, the external mirrors were out of sync after left mirror was replaced, there was a spot of black window adhesive on the driver seat, and the AM antenna was not reinstalled after windshield replacement. Overall repairs look good.
