Our shop is located on State HWY 305 at the intersection on Totten Road, about halfway between Poulsbo and Bainbridge Island, servicing Central and North Kitsap County. It is in the North Kitsap Business Park, an attractive new complex with an easy to find convenient location. Auto Body Experts occupies 12,000 square feet. Our customers are greeted with a large, clean, tastefully decorated reception and waiting area. All customer vehicles are stored inside our alarm-protected building. Kitsap Transit stops at our corner, and we offer free shuttle service to our customers as well. We believe in treating all our customers with a courtesy and kindness. Our staff performs in a professional, timely and efficient manner, to encourage an overall favorable body shop experience. We have direct-repair relationships with several major insurers to expedite claims handling & streamline the repair process.

Although the staff is nice and helpful one you get them on the phone and follow up, they are very bad at providing status and timely delivery which cost me significant money on rental cars since I didn't have this coverage on my insurance.

Excellent job providing information to me as the repair progressed. Try to improve your time estimate for repair. No one is sorry when it's shorter than estimated, but it's disappointing to hear a long estimate on the front end, particularly when the customer must incur rental car expenses. Thank you for doing a beautiful job on the repair and for even cleaning my van inside and out. That was wonderful.
