The work done on the car was outstanding, the office worker was wonderful, the female office worker who called to set up the intimal appointment was aggressive and did not communicate with her team as I had already set up an appointment with one of the staff and she called saying the insurance was going to delete the claim without checking the appointments, she wasn't very kind when she called. Over all it was a good experience.

With them being so slow, and very pricy, I would recomend them, but with those two caveats. If they don't mind waiting for a month and they don't mind spending huge amounts of money, they do good work, so if quality is what you want, then ok. If it just needs to work, take it elsewhere

The work they did was good. The van looked new on the places they did the repairs. But it took 3 weeks. The amount of work they did should not have taken 3 weeks. I was happy with the work they did, but 3 weeks? Way too long.

The only thing that would have helped is knowing I could drop off my rental car there when picking up my vehicle. Otherwise a perfectly executed repair and customer service by your team. Martin is clearly a professional.
