Quality of the repair was excellent, the repairs were delayed due to requirements of the insurance company, however the shop kept us informed of delays and actions they were taking to reconcile. Ultimately resulting in excellent results

Perhaps once a week courtesy update calls on status of vehicle repairs would be more helpful. We had to call shop to find out status after tentative dates passed, which was fine, but maybe more convenient for shop staff to call customer or leave message so shop work isn’t interrupted during the day with phone calls.
