The weather stripping on the rear driver's side door keeps coming off. There are chips in the paint on the hood.

Lack of communication regarding how repairs were going & when they would be completed. They did not call the insurance company to extend the rental for an additional day. I had to deal with the rental company & the insurance to get payment.
