I had verbage spelled out on the spoiler on my hood which said "Bathe Me". My husband tried to wipe it away but you could still see it. There are lots of scratches that were not on my car prior that are there now (I took pics) 1. Driver door side mirror casing and panel assy 2. Left passenger door panel and above door entry 3. New qtr panel 4. Trunk spoiler is scratched terribly especially on left side, looks like something was drug or slide over top it. 5. Back trunk panel right side dbl scrape marks. I am currently disappointed.

They did not walk out when I picked up the car to show me the work. They just gave me my key and said I was all set.
