I was very pleased with the outcome. I am so excited it looks so nice and clean. In fact it did look brand new. I wish I was able to drive again. I’m just taking a couple days to get back in things and I think I’ll go out for a ride, but thank you very much. I appreciate you guys picking my car up and bringing it back to me with an extra added feature. I appreciate everything you did for me.

I was very excited to receive my car back.. Cass Collision did an awesome job. My car looks brand new they cleaned it. They polished it. They vacuumed the inside. They went above and beyond doing everything for me even picking up my car and then bringing it back when it was completed thank you, Cass.

Cass Collision handled my car with care and restored it to pristine condition. I was kept aware of each step of the process along the way and they were able to source the parts for the repair faster than expected. I would be happy to allow them to handle my car service needs in the future.

Quality of repair was good, team members were incredibly friendly, but repairs took far longer than was originally quoted or anticipated and I was not kept informed of those updates - I had to keep calling back for updates. Original quote for repairs based on photos was ~$1,300 less than what the final price was, and additional parts and time needed to be ordered. So I was also frustrated that the initial quote/estimate process was not more thorough. My car was not even touched during the quote.
