The whole process of getting my car repaired was seamless, which I wasn’t expecting, and the way Derek & the team handled everything alleviated any stressors I had. In addition to kindness and good communication - my repair was perfect, the inside of my car was cleaned which was totally unexpected, but so appreciated, and they were able to bring the final cost lower than the initial quote.
