I was very frustrated with the time that it took to complete the service for my vehicle, which I understand was partially due to delayed arrival of needed parts. However, the process was further complicated with the lack of communication with the representative, David, that I was initially working directly. In the end, however, I began communicating with Jay, the manager who began more frequent, thorough and transparent communication.

No mention of the need for recalibration of anti collision sensors when given estimate. Cost another 600. I believe the atimaye should have included that. Work itself was nice
