Jay and David were very professional and informative. Jay gave an excellent explanation of the service that would take place. He answered all if my questions concerning the parts and their warranties.I also appreciated the explanation he gave concerning their work with USAA. This was very reassuring to me knowing that he has been working with USAA for some time. I also appreciated that Jay, Jeff and David kept me updated on the status of the repairs and a tentative date for completion.
