E-mail's with progress welcomed. Honesty of shop very welcomed. Wrong part was delivered. I was told vehicle would be ready Monday, Tuesday at the very latest and was called Tuesday @ 2:00 p.m. to let me know not only could I pick up vehicle later in afternoon but I could bring rental car and they would take care of having picked up by rental agency. Happy surprise! Very satisfied with work. . . even vacuumed interior. I would tell any of my friends to take their vehicle to Auto Body Service.

I was told a week and it took a week and a half. I pointed out the red paint damage on the rear rim and it was not addressed. The rest of the work was done very well.

I would recommend the shop but I would warn them to make sure all discussions are with person responsible for account. Main rep failed to communicate to employee responsible for my car

I was very upset about extra work that I requested not being done and then nothing being offered to reconcile. Just given an excuse that there was a miscommunication internally. Again no effort to reconcile just given a large quote.
