The people were nice and I had a positive experience until you started badgering me to fill out this survey. It's ridiculous that I was bombarded with texts and emails to fill out this form. Your behavior is disgusting... I pity your weakness and insatiable need for validation that prompted bullying me into reporting my experience. I will search for alternative services the next time I require repairs, you have lost my business.

After initial repair there was a couple of runs at body seam lines and there was very noticeable orange peal in a few areas. However, when I brought this to their attention, they were very willing to rectify the issue. We rescheduled, at my convenience, and they fixed the poor surface finish by resanding and painting.

Picked up my truck on a Friday and brought it back in the following Monday because one of the panels was popped out leaving a small gap. The young man working there took a photo and took my name and number and told me someone would get back to me. No one ever did and it has been over a week.
