The customer service was great. I wish they would have been more upfront about the timing of things. Because I was out of a car for over three weeks in total. But other than that Jim was amazing and super kind and understanding. I couldn’t have asked for someone better to take care of what happened

The shop took over 2 weeks longer than I was told. They gave me a rental van that was just full of problems and was completely not safe for the current weather. Then they charged me for fender liners and never ended up putting them even in the new bumper. So I’m gonna have to order the fender liners and do it myself.
