The work was done on time, was complete and professional. The new paint on the right front fender was below expectation, one glaring and obvious foreign object ( bug/ dirt/ chunk) dead center on the new panel… why!! Also, a bit of a let down at repair conclusion; I like a service writer or foreman to walk me out and explain the repair ( what was done, how to care for the new finish, & do I have any questions…) - none of that, just “here’s your invoice and how did you want to pay the deductible? Then I had to ask if he had the key? I’d take another repair to them, I like them; just not a 10!
