I would have liked to see the staff wearing masks when interacting with us as customers. If the customer comes in wearing a mask it is good customer service as staff to put on a mask. If they aren’t then don’t. Pretty easy.

Body repair was completed. When I picked up my jeep, I received it with a dirty interior. There were greasy hand prints on the headliner, dirty prints and debris in the back seat. Also, the radio wasn’t working. I don’t think that my jeep was even looked at for a final inspection. It makes me question the work done. If there was no care put into maintaining my vehicle’s interior condition, how much care was put into the body work?
