They did a wonderful job on my Kia. The work the did was beyond what I expected for a cheap price compared to other body shops I had contacted. The owner was also very kind to let me borrow his car for a few days while he worked on my car.

The repair work was quite ordinary—nothing exceptional stood out. It was a straightforward front bumper cover replacement along with a few plastic covers underneath, due to an animal collision. Although the parts were labeled OEM, I wasn’t impressed with the fit and finish. There are noticeable gaps that I wouldn’t expect from OEM parts. The shop took about seven days for the repair, yet some parts were still missing and had to be ordered, stretching the entire process to nearly a month just to replace a bumper cover. Since it was an insurance claim, I can’t comment much on the pricing, but I suspect there may have been extra charges if I were paying out of pocket. The only positive was the complimentary loaner vehicle provided during the repair. I was told it was free, though I’m not sure if the insurance company was billed. Overall, my experience was underwhelming, and to be honest, I was hesitant to even share this disappointing feedback.
