Paint was good, but lack of details was not. I was told three times that they needed to keep it longer, two times because theyneeded to order another part( understandable and thankful they went the extra step) but he said they wanted to make sure they detailed it before we got it. There was tape goo all over the window and the car was not clean. They stuck one of the bolts through the frame of the car and didn’t even bother going through the rear panel they replaced. My husband fixed this and there was less of a bow to the panel.

Customer service was great until the day we went to pick it up. We found something that we thought needed taken care of, and they pushed us down the road to have to deal with it on our own.

The only concern: "finger-friendly" nuts holding the rear lights were replaced by regular (wrench-driven) ones, which made me troubles in replacing a light bulb. As to the rest - the quality of repair is excellent.
