Overall it was a good experience. There were a few issues with communication at times (sometimes didn't get a call back when I thought I would) and I had to return my car for some additional repairs but everything was repaired and taken care of. Overall everyone was very helpful, friendly and good quality of work. No follow-up is needed. Thank-you

I was under the impression that new parts would be used, but it appears that dents were tapped out instead in the rear. some areas in the front were not fulling painted, small black mark remained.

Like I said, yes the car is repaired. But we had to ask to get a walk around of the car. And there was little bumps in the paint, so we asked them to remove them. They gave attitude but did it. Would have liked it to be perfect without me having to ask for it to be done perfect.

I chose it because they were the least expensive. But regret my choice. Yes the car is fixed but the customer service wasnât worth Iât. Plus they are saying it doesnât need an alignment. When we clearly felt the car driving wrong the next day.
