If I got my vehicle the same day the rating of my experience would be a lot more. I had to wait an extra week for my car to be done. There was no discount or any formal apology to me as their costumer. A solution for this situation would be either a sizeable discount for customers struggle with either rental car fund.

I'm not sure how to answer this at this moment as I don't know how all of this will be handled. I don't tell people a business is bad based on my one experience as everyone has bad days, but I won't go out of my way to recommend a place where I didn't have a good experience.

Trunk lid is not fixed, gaps are way off and does not align with adjacent body panels.

Brought vehicle in to have bumper and trunk lid fixed and mentioned that the car had several codes when the car was dropped off. When we mentioned the codes we were just stared at so I called South Grand Auto Repair and explained the situation, they also called you. South Grand Auto explained to me afterwards that Auto Body Super Center would investigate it. When I was contacted to have the vehicle picked up, I asked if the engine issues were resolved I was told that "We aren't mechanics and don't do that". The car is now at South Grand Auto getting looked at. The trunk lid is still not fixed.
